Senior Sales Manager - Unified Communication, £65k basic - £120 OTE, London AreaA Senior Sales Manager is needed to join an award winning company in the Unified Communications space. Due to growth they are now looking for an experienced Sales manager to drive their internal sales team.
Reporting directly into the Sales Director you will be targeted on incremental growth and will have exceptional sales and management experience to drive and exceed sales targets to ensure the business continues to move in the right direction.
The role will involve:
· Team management - leading the team through daily setups and regular reviews
· Managing a Sales team and making sure team targets are met.
· Meeting, and exceeding, established revenue goals and targets.
You must have -
- Experience of managing / driving Sales Teams
- A proven track record in achieving / exceeding targets
- Exposure to the Unified Communications Market
