We are looking for WebSphere MQ Administrator at Copenhagen, Denmark for one of our esteemed IT services client:
Job Title: WebSphere MQ Administrator
Location: Copenhagen,Denmark
Duration: 6 months rolling
Job Description:
- MQ capability to assist programmes and project teams with the following activities
- Understand the implementation patterns currently in use in the organization (and document them). Have a list of approved/preferred design patterns that can be used by projects.
- Document the various versions and platforms where MQ is implemented (at least the major ones)
- Perform platform and architecture review and design assistance for projects designing solutions that use MQ
- Verify installations/configurations on various environments(requires access to environments like pre-prod/prod on vendor managed environment - IBM/HP)
- Perform assistance in troubleshooting issues (all environments,not just production)... again... requires access
- Provide guidance and testing to verify version upgrades of MQ on various platforms
- Work as the authority towards vendors to force vendors to work together (Both sides will say that their side is working but still nothing works)
