Description
We are seeking Employee Relations Consultant for a 3 month contract position with our client in Duluth, GA. The Talent and Organization Effectiveness contractor plays a key role in the development of organizational effectiveness initiatives. The Talent & OE contractor will support several projects including Performance Management, Onboarding, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Career Development and additional projects as needed
Skills:
- Post graduate work. Preferred Master's Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or other related degree programs
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable and confident in communicating with associates across all levels of the organization, across cultures, including senior managers.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint). Statistical software knowledge a plus. Ability to develop engaging presentations utilizing PowerPoint.
- Highly analytical in addressing complex problems, looks for creative solutions to addressing gaps in understanding and information.
- Ability to convey oral/written information in an appropriate and persuasive manner to create action.
- Displays energy and drive in achieving goals and objectives.
- Strong time management and project management skills
Responsibilities:
- Support communication needs for Performance Management mid-year cycle.
- Project management responsibilities for global leadership development program.
- Support Employee Integration survey analysis and creation of presentations for acquisitions.
- Project management and execution for rolling out refreshed New Hire Orientation program.
- Develop and execute project plan for administration of the 2013 Employee Engagement Pulse Survey. Supports communication needs for employee engagement such as the Employee Engagement blog, presentations, and general employee communications.
