Description

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate all non-operating AFEs for CAPEX/OPEX and operated CAPEX documentation to include generating new ARIES cases for each
  • Assemble and route documentation for AFES and expedite approval signatures.
  • Generate, update, maintain all aspects of the 2013 Southern Division ARIES CAPEX database.
  • Compile and disseminate detailed financial information to the all Southern Division groups/departments and management.
  • Generate bi-monthly CAPEX data base summary rollup
  • Review with Management actual vs. AFE forecast cost, production and timing.
  • Participate in the Development group weekly project meetings, weekly drilling /permit update meetings, weekly AFEe approval / tech review meeting
  • Work closely with Development group Asset Engineers, Southern Division Financial Planning and Southern Division Management.
  • Maintain the weekly rig schedule and permit update schedule documents.
  • Initiate, organize and populate the Development Group engineering and G&G field projects file structure
  • Generate, update and finalize Powerpoint presentation displays for Development group presentations.
  • Schedule/organize logistics for Development group technical lunch and learns with industry vendors/contractors

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the Oil/Gas Industry
  • Excel experience (Advance Knowledge Preferred
  • ARIES experience (Preferred not required)
  • FieldDirect experience (Preferred not required)
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to integrate & analyze information from multiple data sources
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
