A leading investment bank require a strong Relationship Manager to work within Events and Roadshow Marketing
The aim is to provide marketing solutions & managing business relationships by delivering a programme of conferences and events. The position acts as the point contact between the Global Marketing Department and various businesses areas.
This involves creation and oversight of execution of a wide range of events which are aligned with business objectives, Bank wide policies & procedures and communication strategies
Global Marketing Team Responsibilities
*Updating the GM team with significant business changes, new polices or initiatives
*Communicating regularly with the Global Relationship Manager counterparts
*Identifying potential gaps in processes and alerting the relevant stakeholders for quick resolution or clarification
*Attending business strategy meetings
*Attending flagship events
*Attending all event debrief meetings
*Escalating business challenges
*Providing allocation briefs for planners and inputting all new events into our Database system
KEY REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications/Education
*Extensive experience working within an Events Department within an Investment Bank
*Line management experience
*Corporate Access experience preferred
*Good working knowledge of venues and hotels in London and across the EMEA region
*Good venue & supplier knowledge
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
*Good IT skills with a desire to improve processes
*Excellent organisational skills working to high standards and attention to detail
