Experienced SURF project engineers required.
My client are an O&G engineering firm looking for experienced SURF project engineers. The roles will be based in Aberdeen or Stavanger for a minimum period of 12 months. Rates are flexible based upon experience, start dates are potentiall immediate.
Candidate Profile:
Technical Requirements:
* Previous professional experience with relevant SURF, Diving, Remote Systems Engineering or Subsea Construction background.
Competencies, Skills and Attributes:
* Several years of experience in the oil and gas industry within a similar role
* Several years of onshore/offshore experience
* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite of programme including database applications and project management software.
* Proven track record in project management
* Previous experience in the supervision and management of staff
* Strong EPC experience
* Feed Experience
* Leadership qualities and ability to work as part of a team
* Well organised and able to take initiatives to proactively deliver on key objectives.
* Reliable, confident, structured work approach
* Ability to make sound judgements fairly and equitably
* Concise and able communicator with the ability to put across clear and consistent messages in both written and verbal forms
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment.
