My client, a multinational service provider, is looking for a Customer Insight Consultant to join their busy team based in Hook. The purpose of the Customer Insight Consultant's job is to liaise with customers and suppliers to gain regular feedback on their service.
The job will entail providing input into questionnaire design to meet business needs, maintaining the survey system and carrying out analysis of the feedback from the survey software system.
The successful candidate will have experience of handling the delivery of research projects, excellent written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint are essential and experience using a survey software package such as Confirmit is desirable.
