- Hands on experience in setting up and transitioning service/help desk services
- In depth understanding of operations and regulatory requirements in India and other low cost geographies
- Ability to set up and fine tune processes for global support
- Detailed understanding of systems, processes, metrics and SLAs to support a service desk
- Strong operational, customer interface and people motivation skills
