Job description:
Hands on experience in setting up and transitioning service/help desk services
In depth understanding of operations and regulatory requirements in India and other low cost geographies
Ability to set up and fine tune processes for global support
Detailed understanding og systems, processes, metrics and SLAs to support a service desk
Strong operational, customer interface and people motivation skills
