Our client, a market leader in the Energy Industry who Design, Construct and Maintain Offshore Wind farms, are exponentially increasing their project load and are there for in the market for an experienced Risk Manager.Responsibilities
1)Prepare the Risk Management plan and Strategy for the project
2)Implement and drive Risk Management in compliance with WIND policies
3)Facilitate and follow up on Risk Response Planning
4)Support management in risk decision making
5)Risk Reporting
Reporting to Risk Manager/Project Development Manager / EPC Director / Program Director
Role Overall role Key responsibilities & tasks
Responsible for Risk Management within the project Tasks
-Establish the Risk Management plan and strategy for the project and calibrate the process to the needs of the project (e.g. taking into account project objectives, project size and structure and the current phase)
-Establish the Risk Management structure in the project (set up Risk Register, Response Plan templates and other documentation)
-Ensure that all relevant risk owners understands their roles and responsibility as defined in F1 and Risk Policy (R&R RACI).
-Facilitate Risk Management including identification, assessment and response planning, for threats and opportunities
-Train risk owners in Risk Management where required
-Plan and drive Monitoring and Control of Risks
-Communicate threats and opportunities as well as Response Plans to relevant stakeholders inside and outside the project
-Risk Reporting

-Recommend the Risk Management plan and strategy for the project
-Recommend the Risk Management process / Monitoring and Control of risks for the project
-Recommend Risk Response Plans for threats and opportunities
-Escalate risks according to Risk Policy
Qualifications
EPC project - Support
-BSc, MSc or other relevant degree. Competence equivalent to PMI-RMP (PMI Risk Management Professional)
-Recommended 3 years of relevant work experience within Wind and/or Construction
-Recommended 5 years of experience from similar position, with understanding of projects and stakeholder mgt.
-Recommended 5 years of experience working in project matrix organisation
Yhe candidate will ideally take up the role in Denmark joining the team in the clients HQ, itis however also possible to perform the duties from the UK or Germany.
12 month contract - renewable
