Control & Instrumentation Engineer (Safety) - Permanent -DorsetLocation: Dorset
A reputable organisation based in East Dorset is looking to develop their Instrument and control team with more high quality expertise. This multinational organisation is looking to fill many vacancies in their team one being an instrument and Control Engineer with digital electronics experience.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the provision of designs and engineering services for high integrity safety systems on existing and new product development within the Nuclear space.
Your skills will be utilised in the following ways:
- The detail analysis of fail safe DIGITAL circuitry
- Analysis of strength and weaknesses of designs
- Technical report writing
- Implementation of designs
- The use of Circuit simulation and performance reviews
- The entire life cycle involved with the design and development of new digital instrumentation.
Skills required:
- Degree educated in a related subject, otherwise quantifiable domain expertise
- excellent problem solving skills
- attention to detail
- Track record of experience that is quantifiable
- Excellent communication abilities (presentation, oral and written)
- Safety & quality focused
- Must be eligible to gain UK Security Clearance
