An opportunity exists for a Network Service Desk Analyst to join a reputable Telecommunications Service Provider on a 12 Month Contract

The role will see you working on the front of house service desk managing Incidents and Service Requests.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • PSTN and ISDN lines knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Wireless solutions (Handsets, Service and application malfunctions)
  • ADSL, BDSL and Frame Relay knowledge
  • PABX's
  • IP Telephony
  • Video Conferencing
  • Software and Applications
  • BMC Remedy 7.0 and 7.5
  • ADSL testing tools (OATS, Sultan, Radsniff, XDM and AXIS)
  • BDSL testing tools (MACS and GMACS)
  • Frame Relay testing tools (MACS)
  • Wireless Solutions (MICA, Mobiles Helpdesk and MOaM)
  • Router Access via TACAS
  • Netcool Alarming System
  • Network Monitoring Tools (Nagios, Wellness, Conen, Repip and APEC Network Event Calender)
  • FNN Database (ODIN and Magpie)
  • DSLAM OutagerBoard
  • MAXIM
  • Clarity software (SIIAM and TTA)
  • RASS and Netcracker
