An opportunity exists for a Network Service Desk Analyst to join a reputable Telecommunications Service Provider on a 12 Month Contract
The role will see you working on the front of house service desk managing Incidents and Service Requests.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- PSTN and ISDN lines knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Wireless solutions (Handsets, Service and application malfunctions)
- ADSL, BDSL and Frame Relay knowledge
- PABX's
- IP Telephony
- Video Conferencing
- Software and Applications
- BMC Remedy 7.0 and 7.5
- ADSL testing tools (OATS, Sultan, Radsniff, XDM and AXIS)
- BDSL testing tools (MACS and GMACS)
- Frame Relay testing tools (MACS)
- Wireless Solutions (MICA, Mobiles Helpdesk and MOaM)
- Router Access via TACAS
- Netcool Alarming System
- Network Monitoring Tools (Nagios, Wellness, Conen, Repip and APEC Network Event Calender)
- FNN Database (ODIN and Magpie)
- DSLAM OutagerBoard
- MAXIM
- Clarity software (SIIAM and TTA)
- RASS and Netcracker
