Our NHS client is looking to recruit an experienced helpdesk candidate, you will work in a busy environment acting as the first response for any initial IT queries. Resolving issues as applicable such as password resets and email queries then escalating to 2nd line for further investigation when needed.
Essential skills
- Active Directory
- NHS mail
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Previous Help Desk experience (Call Logging)
- Excellent Communication Skills

Any previous experience working in the NHS is highly desirable and candidates who hold A+ Certification or MCP Accreditation would be at an advantage.
