Job Description
- Understand, analyze compensation plan requirements and provide solution design
- Configure and maintain compensation plans
- Integrate OIC with other E-business products & other external applications
- Handle compensation activities such as collecting transactions, crediting resources, calculating commissions and bonuses, and creating payment files
- Perform application development, problem analysis and debugging
Required Skills
- Good Oracle PL/SQL knowledge
- Inbound and Outbound custom interfaces knowledge
- Oracle E-business Suite knowledge
- Telco business process, compensation plan, resource, revenue class modelling
- Understanding of CRM resource manager
- Knowledge in integration between Siebel CRM to EBS OIC via Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA)
- Experience in Oracle OIC
