Senior Software Engineer - Senior Software Engineer - OO Java/ C++/ UMLLocation: South Wales
Salary: £40,000+ 10% Bonus+ Attractive benefits package
I am currently looking to fill a Senior software/ team leader role in a reputable organisation that is located near Newport. As the successful candidate that will be selected for this role you will have the responsibility of 4 other senior engineers reporting into you and you will report into the Software Engineering Manager. Moving into this role you will be expected to lead from the front on User Interface Projects for the broadcasting industry.
You will feel confident and comfortable in leading from the front, be able to execute software designs, review API's, work on Java script patterns and have an appreciation for working in an agile development environment.
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- Degree in computer Science Engineering field
- 5+ years experience in Software Engineering
- Experience of OO programming
- Java
- OO Javascript
- If you have an understanding of UML that would be advantageous.
- Experience of training and mentoring.
