The client are looking for candidates with the following experience:
- Experience of operational planning/management, understanding resource requirements in order to fulfil project delivery
- Excellent understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice.
- Strong numeracy skills and expertise with a working knowledge of analysis tools e.g. Excel
- Strong commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
- Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgements and understand the implications
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues
- Innovative - the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
- Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across all 5 regions (North America, LATAM, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe)
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation.
- Ideally some kind of digital projects or programme experience previously
