Description
Our client is a multinational company with operations in Leixlip, Co Kildare. They currently have an opportunity for a Support PM to join their team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Escalates customer issues by reviewing incoming support tickets to determine the source of problems.
- Provides troubleshooting and root cause analysis support to End Users.
- Assigns tickets to deep support/development resources for resolution.
- Coordinate month end close deliverables and activities. Escalates when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicates with business SMEs and Leaders on escalated production issues.
- Identify month-end risks and performs mitigation strategies to resolve.
Skills:
- 3 Years+ experience in a technical role.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Provides troubleshooting and root cause analysis support to End Users and IT.
- Ability to apply project management concepts and tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

The person must have the following skills:
SQL; Oracle; .NET.
