Our direct client is in need of a Sr. Problem/Incident Management Analyst to fill a 12-month contract position near Cleveland, OH.
Role: Incident Management Analyst performs initial diagnosis of Incidents; ensures all incidents are properly logged and categorized appropriately; perform investigation and diagnosis of Incidents; perform resolution and recovery; especially of more complex Incidents; assign proper categorization to each Incident; perform Incident closure, including closure categorization, completing Incident documentation; determining if it is an ongoing or recurring problem.

Overtime: straight time
- 3+ years IT industry experience
- 1+ years C# and .NET development experience
- Solid analysis, problem solving and debugging skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT related discipline with at least 3+ years of related work experience, or in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, at least five or more years of related work experience.
