IT Support - Level 1/Level 2 - This is mainly a Level 1 Support role with some exposure to Level 2 support. We are looking for an individual with experience providing client/customer support in a large user environment (preferably in government)

IT Support - Level 1/Level 2 - To apply for this role, you will need the following experience:

Experience working in government
Level 1 and Level 2 Support experience
Great communication skills
Good energy over the phone
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Commercial experience with Citrix or VMware
Experience working in IT support for a government agency
Technical background in Networking, Patching, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows
ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL evnironment is a plus
