Quality Auditor
Nødnett is the public safety network in Norway.
MSI is responsible of delivering the project to dNk (Direktoratet för Nød Kommunikasjon)
We are now searching a new team member to our office in Oslo, Norway.
As such you will be part of the Nødnett National ROM team.
Responsibilities.
- Maintain and implement the project QA site inspection and site acceptance specifications, processes and guidelines.
- Introducing subcontractors and ROM team to QA specifications, guidelines processes & tools (Tarantula).
- Daily communication with Customer personnel in QA related matters.
- Support within all regions (Phases) of Norway so that all regions can implement & secure the right quality.
- Manage escalations related to the QA scope and changes thereof.
- As part of the QA team, coordinate and manage activities in the rollout on National level
- Working within the ROM team and with the Customer, securing that the project specifications for CW & TI are met and built with the right quality.
- Manage meetings and other communication with the CW-TI subcontractors.
- As part of QA team define and maintain the ROM Quality plan
- Work with and in accordance with ROM Quality Plan
- Perform quality site inspections on all type of sites, as per agreed ROM Quality plan at the same time with Subcontractor, DNK and Operations (if DNK and Operations participate).
- Perform random check of internal used specifications and processes.
- Follow up and verify that Subcontractors close their deficiencies.
- Health and Safety.
- Inform QA Manager immediately of possible health & safety and environmental related risks, non-compliance and incidents.
- Perform random site inspection on GF sites, to check hidden works before concreting.
- Reporting - Monitor the accuracy of Subcontractor daily input to Tarantula.(site details, work packages, transmission, site configuration, quality module)
- Verify Additional Works Requests coming from the Subcontractors if required by the Phase Managers.
Skills.
Good knowledge within Telecom quality.
Good skills and knowledge within Civil work, Telecom Implementation.
Good communication skills and abilities.
Good handling skills of subcontractor, customer, site owner's etcetera.
Good manner.
Strong in mind. Secures right quality throughout the whole project.
Likes to drive a car
Fluent English speaking
Driving licence
Preferably also Norwegian, Swedish or Danish speaking.
Have credit card to pay expenses until they are reimbursed by MSI.
The daily work will mainly be in the field orientated, normally one or two days per week at office.
