Senior FICO Consultant - Antwerp Region

Tariff: Circa €600 per day.

Required skills:
SAP R/3 ECC6 FICO: FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, CO-OM: Experienced in FICO Requirements gathering, customer interaction, detailed documentation of requirements, solutions and functional specifications, including the creation of process and data flows.
Knowledge of SEPA and Electronic Bank statement
Excellent documentation skills is a must
Strong analytical skills, combined with strong synthesis skills.
A scientific/technical background combined with sound knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes is a must.
Master degree in Finance and Controlling or equivalent through experience.
Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
Effectively communicate in English (written and oral)
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Good customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
Project related travel may be required
Good working knowledge of Office 2007 tools

Desired skills:
MM, SD for Supply Chain; CO-PCA and CO-PA
Account determination in MM and SD (supply chain environment)
SOX environment experience
Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle
Knowledge of tools like Clearquest, HPQC, Docspace

Job Description:
The job exists of 2 dimensions:
1) execute and manage smaller projects (SEPA and RCM rollouts across Europe)
2) act as L3 (senior Functional analyst) in base business support,

1) Execute and manage smaller projects (SEPA/RCM): The smaller projects are ca 30-40 man days each. The consultant will execute and manage the assigned projects. This includes design and build, test and implement.
As project manager the consultant is accountable for on time and within budget delivery, weekly status reports on progress, risks and issues, Timely escalation of functional, technical and resource issues and risks, prioritization of tasks, planning and controlling of acceptance testing, collaborating with and communicating to user community, developing and executing System Acceptance Test Cases, documenting all aspects of the system (eg process design, application configuration, test plans, etc)
2) Senior functional analyst (L3) in Base business support: As part of a team the consultant will be responsible for the analysis and implementation of the more complex new functionalities and bug fixes in the SAP FICO modules: this includes translating the user requirements into functional specifications, executing application configuration and testing, preparing detailed requirements specifications for systems design, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency of the data so that it meets the designed specifications. During this process the proper change management tools (Clearquest, HP Quality Center, Docspace) are to be maintained according to SDLC.
