QHSE Coordinator / Aberdeen / Staff / Circa £45K
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the internal ISO 9001 system and administer corrective actions or enhancements as required.
  • Participate in internal & external quality audits as required by the ISO 9001 system and/or customers and administer corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist in corrective action as necessary to ensure accuracy of finished parts.
  • Administer the Quality Control program by ensuring all aspects of the program meet the needs of the organization.
  • Maintenance of traceability documents and vendor qualification analysis for the approved vendors list.
  • The Coordinator is to inspect systems and workplaces to ensure compliance with government regulations regarding transportation and workplace safety.
  • The QHSE Coordinator will lead by example in promoting and maintaining a safe workplace and holding all others accountable to this standard.
  • Responsible for HSE compliance and documentation.
  • Coordinate with all locations to ensure accident, environmental incidents and near misses are reported and effective action taken.
  • Prepare relevant documentation associated with audits and inspections.
  • Plan and present monthly safety meetings to communicate HSE updates to employees.
  • The QHSE Coordinator is to act as the point of contact for HQ regarding HSE
  • Assist Inside Sales as QHSE expert for tender submissions.
  • Maintain TRIR records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.


Education/Experience

Educated to university level; or up to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. In depth knowledge ofISO,UKHSE and O&G legislation.

Other Skills and Abilities

Ability to work under a minimum of supervision. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office products to include Word and Excel and related systems. Familiarity with computer networks and email.
