Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of the client Project Management Framework (following PMI/PMP PMBOK principles) and the successful delivery of customer projects as defined in the Project Plan Document and Customer Statement of Works (SoW) Document.

He/She will typically be fluent English & Hungarian speaking, involved with all phase of the project life cycle, which are defined as:
- Initiation Phase: define the project scope, costs and schedule and the proposal for submission to the customer in the Statement of Work document
- Planning Phase: start the detailed project planning work, the primary outputs being the project plan document, communications plan, risk plan, work breakdown structure, schedule, resource plan
- Execution Phase: ensure that management processes are in place to measure progress against pre defined and agreed milestone dates.
- Project Handover and Close Phase: transfer responsibility for the equipment and/or services provided to the designated support groups within client and the operations group within the customer organisation.
- Review will take place ensuring all project deliverable have been completed
- Capture lessons learnt and provide feedback on the performance of the project team.

The Key responsibilities of the PM are defined as:
- Definition and documentation of performance measurement baseline, including: project scope, resource requirements, estimated costs, deliverables, schedule, quality requirements, project risk and customer acceptance criteria.
- Execution of project in line with agreed budget, schedule and quality objectives - through the overseeing of project staff, typically including all relevant parties and the management of project related issues, when necessary.
- Provide primary interface to customer representatives, account team and management.
