About the Role:
To provide technical leadership, focused expert knowledge and strategic view in analysing and designing solutions to ensure that my client meets its goals, strategies and future direction.
To provide assistance in the support, development and maintenance for WebSphere Application Server (WAS); IIS; MQ; Message Broker; DataPower, WebSphere Process Server and WebSphere Enterprise Server products to all the Enterprise Applications environments in particular the production and production minus 1 environments.
Key Skills Required:
- Sound experience (at least 5 years) in integration solution design, development and implementation using WebSphere
- Management Interface to script Datapower administration tasks.
- Experience with WebSphere Transformation Extender technology.
- Hands-on experience with 3rd Party WAS Management tools eg BMC Middleware Management, ITCAM for SOA.
- Hands-on experience with 3rd Party WAS & MQ Management tools eg BMC Performance Manager, Tivoli, NetIQ and PerfMon.
- Solid background in WAS Operations, Administration and Support.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in vendor support escalation and management of ETRs.
