Description
We are looking for an Instructional Design Specialist to work at our multinational client in Copenhagen/Denmark.
Responsibilities:
- Review existing training materials for relevancy and accuracy, and expand where required
- In collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, assess needs, perform training lesson and module analysis including: developing objectives, writing storyboards, assessments, preparing narrative scripts and appropriate training medias
- Prepare objectives, define content, select or develop and sequence activities for a specific SAP education requirement
- Incorporate all related information on business processes, interim processes, workflow, interfaces, key changes and new terminology in each training module
- Work with SAP Subject Matter Experts and users to estimate time needed for creating or updating educational content resulting from future system enhancements
Deliverables:
- Learning requirements assessed for each work stream using learning principles and relevant methodology;
- Learning packages are developed that address conceptual, process and procedural changes to stakeholder's jobs and tasks (approximately, 3 main modules & 12 sub-modules re. procurement - and 5/6 modules related to inventory management)
Qualifications:
- Technical Writing/Multimedia/Training Instructional Designer 3 - 5 years
- 3+ years' experience in developing training plans, curriculum and materials.
- Experience of SAP environment is a plus.
- Degree or diploma in technical writing, communications, or in the education field.
- Experienced in adult learning principles and training best practices
- Fluent in English
