Our client, the largest Insurance brand in the world is currently recruiting for Lifestyle Claims Handler for a 6 month contract in Ipswich.


The successful candidates will be required to answer calls dealing with Creditor PPI Claims. You will be required to register new claims, deal with existing claims and deal with notification to settlements.


The successful candidate will need to be, customer-focussed people who will uphold excellent customer service reputation. You will be the first point of contact for our Customers. You will talk and listen calmly to our customers, knowing just the right questions to ask to obtain relevant information to assist you in processing their claim.
You should be computer literate, Educated to A Level and GCSE or equivalent and possessing Grade C or above in Maths and English. You will also be a confident team player with an outgoing and problem-solving attitude. As this role is working with a Financial Services company you will need to successfully pass a credit check.
