System/Database Admin SI - Oracle, Shell, Solaris, Implementation, Billing. My client a leading telecommunication company is urgently seeking a System/Database Admin SI to compliment their existing project. You will be part of the O&M team for CBiO project and be responsible for activities related to BSCS for billing system.
To be considered for this position you must have the following skills & experience:
Responsibilities
- Provide technical information for the infrastructure Billing part of the CBiO solution
- Implement/administration of shipment installation delivered by CIS
- Maintain oracle DB to be performed well and available 24/7
- Maintain Solaris 10 and deal with file systems .
- Perform daily health check for the system and Database and report any failure if any
- Develop required Shell Scripts for job automation
- Maintain Daily/weekly backup for System and Database
- Support the On ground team in their daily operations
- Deal with 3rd party application such BO and StreamSRV
Requirements
- Certified and Expert in Oracle DBA 10g or later.
- Certified and Expert in Solaris 10
- good Knowledge in Billing system
- Expert in Shipment Installation
- Solid Knowledge in Shell Scripting
- Solid in Knowledge in HW checkup
- Solid Knowledge in Storage
- Solid Knowledge in BO and STREAMSRV
