International Distribution Coordinator

Contract: ASAP - Dec 2013
Rate: £15 per hour
Location: Alderley Edge, Macclesfield, Cheshire

Description:

To manage distribution & associated documentation between suppliers, warehouses and final customers

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • To provide a professional service to our regional customers and AZ manufacturing sites. Using ICON functionality as the basis for our transactional activities within the Supply Team
  • To ensure that all distribution processes are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To process the full range of distribution documentation including preparation of:
    • Export Invoices
    • Credit and Debit notes
    • Certificates of Insurance & Origin
    • Pro Forma'
    • Rebates, Discounts
    • Damaged Goods
    • Return of Stock
    • DoA evidence by request from Supply Chain Analyst

    4. To provide support to the Planners & Customer Liaison Partners by the management of:

    • Data with Azure/Vision
    • Liaison with Customs Management Group to resolve issues
    • Providing Key Performance Indicators
    • Assisting the stock reconciliation process
    • Liaison with Credit Management Group
    • Establishing customer credit checks and releasing of blocked orders due to late payment

    5. To ensure that ICON Data is available for maintenance and update as and when required.

    Minimum Requirements -Education and Experience

    Must be ICON literate. (SAP)

    Must be experienced at working in a Customer focused environment

    Must be used to working with a high volume of transaction activity

    Must have strong cultural awareness skills

    Must have the ability to work in a changing business environment

    Meets agreed levels of customer service

    Transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner

    Flexible working to reflect changing business needs

    Used to working in a team environment

    Language skills (Good written and oral English required).

    Experience working in a change environment

    AZ suppliers
