Ihre Aufgaben:
- Project environment: Migration of large SAP system landscapes into private and public cloud environments
- Definition an control of KM processes
- Working with colleagues to identify new requirements for our continuously growing knowledge base application
- Implementing requirements in an agile way (frequent small increments) on all application tiers
- Handing over new functionality to enable effective and efficient use of the application
- Supporting user requests and fixing incidents in the applications
- Project documentation
- Preparation of material for project stakeholders
- Creation / maintenance of manuals and user guides
Ihre Qualifikation
- Excellent experience in Knowledge Management and Information Management Processes
- Experience in managing requirements and tracking progress
- Broad overview about the SAP product portfolio
- Must understand of SAP technology and architectures and broad range of SAP business processes and scenarios
- Experience in at least one SAP implementation project
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Understanding of HTML and Wiki
- Customer-oriented work ethic
- Should embrace best practices in software engineering, service management and agile methods
- Ideally familiar with Atlassian Tools (Confluence/Jira), MS Office Products, overview of IT Architectures and Processes in general
- Fluent Business English skills
