Description
Our client, a large banking organisation, is currently looking for a manager to join their conduct risk and strategy and implementation team on a contract basis.
The conduct strategy team is a group led programme that is looking to implement an enhanced conduct framework across the bank, and will require 2 candidates with a detailed understanding of conduct strategy and Financial Markets to help lead this team. This is an immediate and urgent requirement.
Key Roles and Skills;
- Understand the requirements of & drive the implementation of Conduct Strategy & Client Effectiveness initiatives as they pertain to Financial Markets
- Act as central liaison point for Financial Markets on all matters relating to implementation of the 11 initiatives within the Conduct Strategy programme
- Attendance to CB wide Conduct Strategy working groups, representing and driving FM position & interest, providing effective feedback to key stakeholders within the business and support functions
- Facilitate and drive conduct risk gap analysis on existing front to back processes, procedures, metrics, SLA's etc. that exist for FM across each of the 11 Conduct Strategy initiatives
- Together with CB wide colleagues/initiative leads, devise & coordinate plans & actions to embed conduct strategy within FM BAU processes, procedures & associated MI.
- Cross liaison with Change resource to ensure programmes in flight capture conduct risks and associated mitigating actions
- Conduct subject matter expertise, with proven experience of identifying conduct risks, developing strategies to mitigate and delivering practical solutions to embed conduct strategy into BAU activities
- Exemplary stakeholder management skills, able to liaise across Sales & Trading and front to back support functions
