- Liaise with users to determine requirements and develop and implement solutions that meet user requirements.
- Provide programming services in the development application systems for the project.
- Liaise with external vendors to acquire and provide technical details of communication specifications.
- Develop technical and operational support documentation.
- Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Java frameworks - J2EE, Hibernate, JPA, Spring, Spring MVC, Struts, GWT
- A solid understanding of Front End technologies including HTML, CSS, Jquery, Ajax, JS, XML, XSL.
- Webservices and integration.
- Jboss, WebSphere and Weblogic.
- Agile and Scrum experience.
- Test Driven Development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand user requirements, and meet them in well-designed applications.
- Good skills in time and resource management.
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
