SERVICE DESIGNER

My most trusted client are looking for a Service Designer to work within a fantastic and innovative globally renowned client.

About you

You are an advocate of customer centred design and are used to working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop customer experiences across multiple channels which may include mobile, web, TV, voice or retail. You have a proven track record in using design research insights to inspire and recommend improvements to an existing customer journey or for creating new concepts that delight customers.

You are confident leading projects and dealing with challenges that are unfamiliar, drawing on your experience to find a way forward. An effective communicator, you are happy presenting to and sharing ideas with a variety of stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Work with clients to create a clear brief based on their challenge and needs
  • Lead projects and see them through to conclusion
  • Undertake stakeholder and user research
  • Take research insights and turn them into design recommendations
  • Facilitate workshops
  • Create personas, customer journeys/service maps
  • Develop service concepts and specifications
  • Think and work strategically with an understanding of how design thinking is applied to business
  • Keep up to date on industry best practice and trends
  • Help clients to set and measure success criteria and KPI's
  • Articulate your findings in a format appropriate for the audience
  • Actively manage clients and stakeholders, reporting back on progress and new opportunities
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to manage project scope, budget and risks
