We have an immediate requirement for a contract Software Manager to work for a leading organisation inBristol. Our client is a genuine market leader that has a focus on employing the very best individuals.You will be responsible for defining the direction of several new projects. This will involve collaborating with the product teams and Programme owners to ensure the strategy for all projects is realistic and deliverable. You will be working closely with the software teams helping to evolve the current systems whilst ensuring high standards are adhered to. You will be required to provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead teams to their optimum performance levels and career development. It is essential that you understand the full SDLC and that you have worked to industry standards such as ISO 9001.
