Role: Service Desk Consultant
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Candidate should be fluent in German language.
Job Description:
- First Point of contact to customer
- Responsible to handle calls
- Responsible to handle Tickets
- Responsible to handle Emails
- Logging of Incidents/Request/Problem tickets
- Resolve issues of different technology
- Responsible to maintain their statistics
- Create White paper once in couple of months
- Break Adherence
- Ensure 100 % adherence of all process and procedures
- Ensure zero % unapproved leaves
- Responsible to complete 9.30 hrs at work with 1 hr beak
- Proactive Queue Management
- Efficient German spoken and Writing skills.
