Job Description

  • First Point of contact to customer
  • Responsible to handle calls
  • Responsible to handle Tickets
  • Responsible to handle Emails
  • Logging of Incidents/Request/Problem tickets
  • Resolve issues of different technology
  • Responsible to maintain their statistics
  • Create White paper once in couple of months
  • Break Adherence
  • Ensure 100 % adherence of all process and procedures
  • Ensure zero % unapproved leaves
  • Responsible to complete 9.30 hrs at work with 1 hr beak
  • Proactive Queue Management
  • Efficient German spoken and Writing skills.
