Requirements:
- Strong pronto experience
- Experience in a help desk environment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks
- Ability to priorities work
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to help solve problems
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- Can do attitude
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support to over 4,000 users
* General Ops activities, eg backup verifications
* Documentation in EDRMs
* Windows & VMWare System Administration
