Requirements:

  • Strong pronto experience
  • Experience in a help desk environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks
  • Ability to priorities work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to help solve problems
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
  • Can do attitude

Responsibilities:

* Provide 1st and 2nd level support to over 4,000 users
* General Ops activities, eg backup verifications
* Documentation in EDRMs
* Windows & VMWare System Administration


This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to implement efficiencies across all divisions within the business and work within a friendly team environment.
