Rate: Market rate
Contract length: 6 months+

City based Retail Banking Giant has a fantastic opportunity to work as a Resourcing Assistant within their Group Change Management Resourcing area. This will be an initial 6 month contract with an excellent chance of extension.

Role purpose
*The successful candidate will support the Team Manager in all operational aspects of the Resourcing function with particular focus on the end to end process of invoice management, Pre-Employment Vetting and Management Information as required.

Key Accountabilities
*Responsible for the end to end management of timesheets and invoice processing
*Raising monthly purchase orders and issuing communications to senior management providing details of purchase order value.
*Chasing senior management to ensure the purchase orders have been authorised within timelines and escalating where appropriate.
*Creating the monthly supplier finance files using Excel and issuing to suppliers.
*Submit supplier finance files to the groups finance team ensuring all cross charging is undertaken within the service level agreement.
*Act as point of contact for dealing with queries from suppliers, contractors and business areasaround timesheets, this includes professional working day, overtime and expenses and escalating where appropriate.
*Monthly MI Reporting
*Monthly reporting to the senior management team on the suppliers Pre Employment Vetting audit performance

Experience
*Experience of managing a timesheet and expenses policy
*Knowledge of an organisation's PEV policy and its administration
*Strong Stakeholder Management skills
*Strong Analytical skills
*Good communication skills and telephone manner
*Excellent attention to detail

*Time Management
*Strong process and administrative skills
