Description
We are currently looking for an ITIL-certified Telecoms Outsourcing Process Engineer for a major telecoms outsourcing contract.
Mandatory Requirement
- A minimum of 10 years industry experience
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification minimum.
Desirable requirements
- ITIL qualification in "Service Operations" or in "Service Transition"
- Experience of performing high profile Process Ownership or similar role in an international business environment
- Working knowledge, supported with experience, of defining, implementing, managing high profile critical business processes
- Experience of a Quality Management System.
- Experience of working with and presenting to Senior Managers and Directors.
Location would preferably be Czech Rep but we could consider other alternatives for the right candidate.
