My client is looking for a candidate to support the manager in the management of learning development. Experience operating on a global level is crucial. Further, knowledge of SAP is strongly desired.

Operational/Professional/Business:

Supporting Knowledge Transfer workshops

*Being an integral member of the Knowledge Transfer working group, leading on the planning, materials and logistics for Start-up, Blueprint and Realisation KT sessions. This involves:
oRecording and managing actions and risks
oLeading on the creation of the agenda, and associated logistics planning (scheduling, refreshments, room requirements etc.)
oManaging the delegate comms plan and drafting delegate communications
oCreating slideware and delegate information packs for each KT event
oCoordinating content input from contributers
oManaging KT session outputs and evaluation
o'Packaging' each event so that the approach and content can be reused and industrialised

The development and ongoing management of the Knowledge Management (KM) Library
*Lead of the design, development and ongoing management of the KM library.

This involves:
oUnderstanding the requirements of the KM library users, and designing a library to support their needs
oWorking with design teams to ensure the KM library is fit for purpose and has appropriate 'look and feel'
oMaking sure the KM library is kept up to date and relevant for users

Management:
*Support the TaO Knowledge Management and Transfer Manager in coordinating the work and input of various stakeholders (Change stream, OD stream, Deployment teams, IT department, facilities team, etc.) to ensure a constructive, collaborative way of working and on-time delivery.
*Support the TaO Knowledge Management and Transfer Manager in identifying objectives and designing and leading on the plan.

Relationships:

*Support TaO Knowledge Management and Transfer Manager and Integration Management & Continuous Improvement lead in engaging with key stakeholders, (Deployment Team, Functional Leads, Senior Management, etc.), socialising the concept of the KT approach with them and collecting their input to continuously improve the design of how KT is designed and delivered

*Knowledge Transfer sessions: Startup, Blueprint and Realisation.
In particular:
a.Detailed agenda
b.Presentation slides
c.Delegate information packs
d.Logistics plan
*Knowledge Management Library

Context/Environment

*The new Target Operating Model will be one of the key enablers to moving to a Globally Integrated Enterprise. As part of the TOM - One SAP this will provide an integrated systems platform and processes.
*The objectives of KT are to ensure that Programme Team members:
oUnderstand and can apply the Methodology and approach
oHave sufficient content knowledge to deliver the activities they are responsible for
oUnderstand where information is stored and can access it
oAre clear on their roles & responsibilities and understand the working relationships and hand off points

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

*Organisation and coordination skills
*Problem solving skills
*Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
*Experience in change management and training
*Experience in website/virtual platform design preferable
*Understanding of Operating Models preferable

Key Success Factors
*Clear understanding of role, scope and responsibilities as the role includes multiple 'work streams' and needs the input of multiple stakeholders
*Good access to the relevant stakeholders and collaborative working approach
