Description
My client who runs a successful IT Applications development department within a top tier investment bank requires a Specialist SQL SSIS developer to work alongside their team. This team works closely with different business areas of the bank as to provide their clients with a full spectrum of solutions to their strategic advisory, financing and risk management needs.The role will entail performing technical assessment from given functional specifications and requirements, effort estimation, solution design in accordance with SDLC best practices. The ideal candidate will have very strong in-depth knowledge of SQL server 2008, SSIS and SSRS.
This is a business critical position and the client is looking to move quickly to get a candidate on-boarded.
This is a 6 months rolling contract position with market rates.
Essential Skills:
- Strong SQL Server 2008
- Strong experience developing within SSIS and SSRS
- Experience of C# would be very desirable.
- Strong Optimisation skills
- Available immediately
