C++ / Linux / Contract / London / £500-£600pdMy client a top tier investment bank is looking for a C++ Developer with significant experience who has worked across multiple projects and systems preferably in banking. They should have experience working on multiple large complex projects in their current or previous roles.
What the role will entail:
This role is recruiting for a multi-threaded C++ Linux developer to join an existing team focused on building out the functionality and technology of the firm's e-Commerce platform for FX Cash and FX Options.
The work will encompass the development of innovative trade capture, pricing and straight through processing solutions across FX Cash, FX Orders and FX Options. The developers will be joining a team which is renowned for the success of an FX platform winning awards for the innovation and creativity of the deliveries.
Successful candidates will have the following experience:
C++, you must have extensive experience of writing multithreaded server applications on Linux platform.
You must have worked on multi-tier enterprise systems which have a high frequency of messaging elements between servers and server to GUI.
Successful candidates should have an excellent appreciation of the software quality lifecycle, with emphasis on the importance of the testing stages.
