The Consulting Risk & Quality team advises client-facing staff on internal risk management matters including: 

Answering incoming R&Q queries from Industry Sector Teams.
Proactively providing support to teams pursuing larger, or more complex opportunities (eg cross-border working, contracting under frameworks)
Advising Sector teams with pre-PAC advice and the preparation of PAC documentation including the Client and Engagement Acceptance Form and the Profitability model, and post-PAC follow-up eg review of Engagement Letters.
Assisting Sector Teams with the resolution of PAC actions.
Liaise with the Consulting Contracts Team with regard to ToB queries and framework agreements where these are relevant to specific engagement consultations
Assist with the preparation and presentation of  training or awareness events (this might include induction training on map and R&Q or 121s with new joiners 
Assist  R&Q Director with pipeline calls and other sector related meetings, attending on behalf of Consulting R&Q where delegated
Proactive engagement  and relationship building with key stakeholders in the Consulting business

Be the point of contact for incoming queries from:

Compliance;
Independence;
Office of General Counsel (OGC);
OA and XLoS R&Q; and 
Finance Competency Group.

Provide  support to Subject Matter Experts on, inter alia:

Ethical walls;
Anti-Money Laundering
Inter-territory working; and
Joint Business Relationships and Contractor arrangements.

The successful candidate will have:

A good understanding of the role of risk management  and quality in helping an organisation achieve its business goals
A track record of working in a compliance culture and an understanding of RM principles and rules in such a culture
Empathy with the pressures and motivations of client facing colleagues and an ability to win their support with pragmatic advice without compromising on non-negotiables
Effective communication and presentation skills
Excellent project management skills
