Description
One of the world's leading insurance organisations is seeking a Snr Business Analyst on an 18 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, this role will form part of an Asia Pac Business Analyst team. The person will be regularly liaising with the Project Management function in Singapore, as well as development teams in the UK, India and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and detail requirements from business users and stakeholders for a number of specific high value initiatives
- Document requirements into Business Specifications for review & approval by business customers.
- Communicate and coordinate with other Analysts, working with International locations, to ensure their specifications are appropriate in scope and definition
- Conduct impact analysis across branches to system changes
- Work with users to establish best practice principles
- Identify business automation opportunities
- Locally plan business analysis activities and contribute to the project management function
- 5+yrs Business Analysis experience
- Solid General insurance experience in the Commercial Insurance space
- Knowledge in the underwriting area
- Ability to work autonomously whilst working with overseas teams
- Excellent communication skills, keen motivated and eager
