What has changed?
Whilst Candle ICT continues to work with a number of major clients, we recognised the need to build on this success by adding dedicated vertical specialists to the business. This team has steadily grown in the past 12 months and we are now looking to add specialists across a number of verticals.
What we want?
We are ideally looking for talented IT recruitment professionals who currently or have previously worked in a recruitment agency that have branded themselves as specialists, niche or boutique currently working in the Sydney market. We are looking for Consultants who have shown that entrepreneurial quality but have grown tired of the lack of support or growth available in their existing roles. Like all successful businesses we are looking for consultants that can work to (achievable) KPI's. They are very much outcome focussed and are set on an individual basis to ensure quality is maintained.
