Our client is a leading financial institution based in Dublin seeking a Customer Testing Support to join their team on an initial 9 month contract engagement.
Job/Opportunity
The successful candidate will act as a Customer Testing support and will be the point of contact to support customers technical queries in relation to the Channel solution and it's components.
Qualifications/Expertise
Good technical understanding of new Channel and it's technical components.
Ability to troubleshoot.
Good Interpersonal skills.
