Role: Interim HR Advisor - Band 5
Location: London
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Negotiable
My Client, an NHS organisation, is currently looking for an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join the HR team for 6 months. They are looking for someone who has a great deal of experience, and a strong competancy, in handling Employee Relations casework.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a Human Resources function at an advisory level.
- Strong competency with regard to Employee Relations - ESSENTIAL
- Experienced in handling ER cases from start, to completion
- Ability to demonstrate & explain previous ER casework experience - ie knowing when to escalate
- Experience of entering data on ESR - Desirable
- Strong analytical skills
- NHS background - desirable, not essential
- Available IMMEDIATELY, or within 1 week
