UI/UX Designer

Description

Deveo is an early-stage SaaS product helping developers around the world create better software. We are looking for our first UI/UX designer who will be responsible for shaping a product into a globally recognised brand, making it look and feel amazing.

Here is who we are looking for:
You’re the type of person who is passionate about creating beautiful, simple, practical web applications that are easy and pleasant to use. You understand the principles of Lean UX, believe in the scientific method, and preferably have been in a Lean startup environment or participated in the movement. You are an ambitious person with entrepreneurial spirit, who is ready to take initiatives, but also listens to others.

An ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of experience in product design, with an emphasis on interaction, UI/UX, and visual design

Experience with Web applications

Mobile and responsive design experience

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

A/B and usability testing competence for interaction optimisation

Strong written and communication skills

Bonus points for:

JavaScript skills

Print design
