Description
Global Investment bank based in London, seeking an extremely strong Excel VBA Developer with exceptional business knowledge, specifically in IRD and FX Options.This Front Office development team work alongside the trading desk and the Quant Analytics team. The role involves working closely with IRD and FX Option Traders to understand their requirements, creating functional specifications and developing Excel VBA solutions.
This team operate in an environment that requires strong technology, finance, quantitative and communication skills. Work is typically to tight timescales in an environment where delivery of IT solutions to revenue earning areas of the business is critical. The development is closely aligned to RAD development, with quick turnaround on projects due to the front office business critical nature of the work
Skills Required:
Excel VBA Development
Quantitative experience
Interest Rate Derivatives and/or FX Options Knowledge
Experience working for a Front Office Development Team.
