Main Function
The Test Manager will be responsible for the design, architecture and development of testing strategies and solutions in support of the overall Application strategy. They will have a demonstrable track record of managing test teams and technical testers in a globally distributed technology organization.
In addition to excellent leadership skills this role will require outstanding problem solving skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively about issue resolution.
Person Requirements
Mandatory
The successful candidate will have:
·A proven track record of delivering advanced testing solutions in complex technology environments
·Significant experience of managing testing teams in a globally distributed technology organization
·Strong senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
·Self motivated and assertive
·Proficient in Microsoft office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
·Excellent written and spoken English
