Oracle BI Systems Analyst ( reports, schema, DWH, ETL, OBIEE, OBIA ) £52-60+ Central London

An Oracle BI Systems Analyst ( reports, schema, DWH, ETL, OBIEE, OBIA ) is required for a highly regarded Retail organisation's rapidly expanding Business Intelligence team. The chosen Oracle BI Systems Analyst ( reports, schema, DWH, ETL, OBIEE, OBIA ) would play a lead role within the team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Oracle BI systems ( OBIEE, OBIA, Hyperion Financial Management, DRM and Essbase). As the Retailer's Oracle BI Systems Analyst ( reports, schema, DWH, ETL, OBIEE, OBIA ) you would be the liaison between Finance, IT and the business, taking ownership for the overall development of the logical database schema underpinning the OBIEE solution, advising users on the best tools to meet their reporting requirements, specifying & system testing enhancements. The role would also include training & mentoring juniors and commissioning work from 3rd party suppliers.

Essential
- Minimum of 3 years experience of analysis in a BI environment
- Experience specifying reports & ETL data mappings (using a recognised ETL tool)
- Experience delivering logical and physical data warehouse design
- Proven track record mentoring junior developers

Desirable
- Exposure to OBIEE, including Oracle Database technology, Oracle Answers & Informatica
- Experience of OBIA ( BI Apps ) implementations - Finance, HR, CRM, Procurement, Spend Analytics, Spend Classification, or experience developing any of these BI Applications
- Experience working with the database schema on Oracle EBS Financials or HRMS
- Exposure to the Oracle EPM suite - Essbase, HFM, HDRM and related integration tools
- Past working experience within Retail or FMCG sectors
