An excellent temporary to permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Computer Officer to join an organisation based in Cambridge. You will need to have extensive experience within the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line environment and be used to dealing with customers directly and over the phone. To be successful in this role you will need to be familiar with installation, maintenance and security of Windows Server, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Windows XP - 7, Microsoft office and any experience of Linux operating systems is a bonus.
